Disgusting driver behaviour

I am utterly disgusted by the verbal assualt of a Taxify driver on my daughter this morning. The driver shouted at her for taking long to come out of the complex where she stays then demanded money and insulted her derogatory words for all to hear. Driver name Tiyiselani Amon. We are regular users of Taxify but will never use it again.
