Disgusting Customer Service

Worst experience ever. From Durban Central to King Shaka airport it now a R891!.

When I requested it was a 400 and something but when the trip was ended it doubled. R891 Like seriously?! That was the same amount I paid for my flight ticket to Johannesburg. When I e-mailed the support team there were not showing empathy shthe d willingness to assist. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SIES!
