Disgusting and Disrespectful from Driver Named John {Cape Town}

Good day. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by your driver's behavior today. He picked me up I asked him very nicely to drive straight to avoid one robot which I know takes forever to change to green I normally do it with other driver and they never ever complained. He stopped at the robot and we were waiting for robot to change as we approaching congested traffic I told myself I'm gonna miss my train. Not saying a word to the driver. We drove a few km and Your driver felt that I was disrespecting him and told me to get out of his car in the middle of nowhere and yet a R27 was deducted as my method of payment is via credit card. I missed my train I missed the group of people that I normally travel with for safety reasons thanks to your driver I am disgusted and mad as hell. I am still stranded as we speak as I missed two trains. I want feedback asap. As I feel I was mistreated I am a loyal client and NEVER ever have I experienced this disgusted behavior. Irate client
