Disgusting and a horrific experience

I reported this on the date 5 November but I did not get a response. The driver took me to the wrong destination instead of the destination I inserted and then when I told him it's incorrect he said I am a **** his phone does not lie I then directed the guy the way we needed to go he then complained about his petrol and stopped along the way saying his not driving further and I must give him the money which was 64.00 he did not want that and complained about driving a further 3km he then eventually took us to the destination and said I owe him 113.00 I disagreed and gave him an extra 15.00. We were woman alone and felt scared. Really disgusting Samuel.
