Disgusting

I am absolutely shocked with how inappropriate pacify really is. I have taken a short ride today which the estimate price was r21-23. I pay via card payment. The driver was so ride firstly and secondly the driver has not ended my trip when he dropped me off but instead ended it 45 mins later and I was charged 5 times the amount. I have contact the driver he says he didn't have data to end the trip. I am trying to contact the support team via app no joy at all. This is ***** is this how this app really works there they don't car about they riders. I will never use this app again ..... NEVER
