Disappointment of driver service

I requested the trip the driver Sabelo did not show up but he billed my bank account. I phoned him. He had a big attitude to me he did respect me. so phoned Taxify office requesting that the driver to apologize to me still that didn’t happen. This is teaching me that it’s not safe to pay with the card in there app. Taxify must block this driver until he apologize to me for what did he was wrong.
