Disappointed in taxify

Helo there On my way home ****s tried to hijack the taxify ride I had taken and due to that while trying to flee while the driver my ankle was broken in the process. I give credit to the driver for saving my life because he really tried his best. I am a single working mom of 2 and now because of the incident I can not afford to pay my bills including rent even food. I laid a claim but never got a response they are telling me they have other cases too so I have to wait. Meanwhile my kids were kicked out at school because I didn't pay school fees as i am not working. I can't walk hence o can't even cook for them what more going to hospital visits. I have nightmares about the night and I am in constant pain as i can not afford pain****ers because I don't have medical aid. I need them to get back to me atleast so I can cover bills.
