disappointed ex loyal TAXIFY customer

i used taxify every day. i cant get a number to contact them on. i was in an accident on Monday night. the driver was on his cell phone the whole time, in the rain and then the accident happened. no apology, not even taking me to my destination or to hospital or police station. i am a loyal customer! i went to netcare hospital and i am still in so much pain. i need to get hold of them...they need to reimburse me for my bills and medication.
