Disappointed Customer

Hi,

On Saturday night i requested taxify going home using my card. To my surprise when i tried to check how far was the driver he was already driving to the destination , i Called him he said he took a wrong person he is now coming , he arrived 5 minutes later , did not apologies but instead was rude and said if we have a problem he is going to take us back where he picked us up, he did a u turn and was driving so fast on 180 going back where he picked us up , still charging from my card , dropped us and went he did not end the trip l called him and advised him to end the trip he was rude and said he will end it when he wants to , he ended the trip at his own time.

tried to report on the app , the reply l got im so disappointing because the driver is telling lies saying one of us was smoking on the car we dont even smoke for goodness sake ,im supper ****ed off .
