Disappointed

I've been using taxify since they started operating in South Africa. In the beginning the service was great but now it's very sad.

Some of the drivers are extremely rude and can't even greet back when you greet them. They play loud music and talk loudly on the phone.

Sometimes they don't even show up but they refuse to cancel the trip. This one driver accepted the trip but was at a shopping center "taking care of some things." They can even take 20-30 minutes to show up whereas the app says they are 3 minutea away. This is not even during peak traffic times. Some drive off even before you get to close the door.

The last bad experience I had less than 2 weeks ago, the driver was driving recklessly and got pulled over by the police. While he is busy negotiating and being processed, the meter is still running. So I'm essentially being punished for the driver putting my life at risk.

The cheaper rates are not worth all this. I'm even thinking of deleting my app.
