Disapointing . Never use again

I must say having been a uber fan my entire life I decided today to catch the bolt . giving myself more than enough time to be able to get to my destination and back for I was leaving to go to Dullstroom for a birthday. and first I could not open the app. Almost 10 min to open. secondly went downstairs with my luggage to go and wait outside because on the app it says do not keep your driver waiting. What a joke. so I did it .I thought I'd be courteous enough to get there on time I waited and waited so I went back upstairs just to make sure that my wi-fy was stronger .Ithen went to go back downstairs and wait and wait and again and no one came. Now having to now go all the way back upstairs with my luggage for the third time I then got a phone call from the bus company saying that we are about to leave are you still come so thanks to bolt I lost over R550 bus ticket and missed my best friend's birthday
