Desperate

I need help, I have tried all sorts of communication to contact Taxify but there is no luck. On the 27th of November at around 8am in the morning, I catched a ride with a driver called Mohale in a white Toyota Corolla...the ride is pleasant and he was friendly but I accidentally left my car keys in the cab and the app doesn't show the drivers number. Taxify please kindly assist!
