Delete my account

Delete account I asked Bolt to delete my account cause someone is using my account to book trips, so today some lady from taxify phoned telling me she's outside in Randburg square but I am at home working I told the lady not to go cause someone is using my account, the people on bolts app said I must delete my account myself how unprofessional I told her there is no delete button and no reply useless goods working at BOLT
