De*****ing customers

I've been using taxify for a very long time now. Up until now I've been very happy with them but recently Taxify has been cheating me out of my money. Whenever I select a short distance ride it shows the vehicles are in high demand and the rate is higher. When I change it to a longer distance it's no longer in demand. Taxify is has not been honest in the way they've conducted the app. Myself and my family are all using the app and I use it almost every day at times I use it multiple times. Taxify will loose a very loyal customer if they not honest and change the way they dishonest, they committing ***** by tempering with their app
