I woke up on the 11 of June to find an email of a receipt from taxify of a trip that didn't happen and not only that but my account was debited with R285. How is it that people are able to hack into our accounts so easily because it's clear that this person was impersonating me. I called the driver and he confirmed that he did fetch someone and he even tried calling me to confirm that he had arrived. This is just unacceptable.
