Day light *******

I have been charged for no ride, I had selected a card payment and upon the drivers arrival he tells me he wants cash because he has no petrol, like it's my problem, unfortunately I had no cash with me then he refused to drive and suggested I request another ride, R20 was taken from my account for his incompetence and I was also late for work because of this.....so I pay for him accepting my ride while he has no petrol????
