Damn *******

My daughter booked a trip from home to Stellenbosch Central.

The cost was between R0 – R39 as she app**** the NEDBANK18 promo code.

However R188.12 was deducted from the account.

Can this please be explained to me as when I try and book the trip now to get them home, it says the promo code has already been used but I have not used it as yet.

All emails are being ignored and response on Facebook.
