Twice in the space of a week I have been charged for a trip that was cancelled because your drivers can’t read! My address says 6th avenue and they continue stopping at smit street! And then this morning your dumb driver drives around the block twice and then parks up the road and cancels the trip. Doesn’t bother phoning me o find out where the **** I am!!!! Now I’m less R140 and it hasn’t been refunded to me, I’ve checked last weeks statement and my money still hasn’t been refunded!!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY AND TRAIN YOUR STUPID DRIVERS TO READ!!!!!!!
