Customer service is pathetic

I have had an issue with my app since Saturday 27 January 2018. I have been trying to contact customer care with no hope at all, I received feedback on Monday 29th and that was it, my issue is still not sorted out and I have sent countless emails and sent messages on the app and still no response. Uber may charge a bit more than Taxify but at least their customer response is same day and almost instantly.
