Cross border fees When using Bolt taxi services.

Every time a take a trip with Bolt and pay with my Nedbank card I am being charged cross border fees by the bank. This never used to happen and why am I charged those fees when i am dealing with a South Africa registered entity? I often use Uber and make payments with the same card but never get those charges. I know the charges are not significant but I want my money back because I feel I am being ******.
