Corner drop offs

I requested a ride yesterday from Cape Town CBD to Colorado Park MP. The driver Shinani accepts the trip and pitches up. I get in and when we get to the corner he tells me to get out and that he will not be driving to my area, he then ends the trip. The exact same thing happened when I requested the second time. Driver accepts then dumps me on the corner. Why is it that the Taxify drivers accept the trip and then dump you once you in. Getting off at a random corner in The CBD is not safe, especially for a female. It is about time Taxify actually does something about their drivers because they get away with a lot of **** that they put their customers through. They also never have change, another **** to keep customer's money.
