confuse and dissappointed

On the 29th of June 2018 i took a ride from Hilbrow to wondrous taxi rank at about 19: 00 hrs in joburg, as i was droping off my phone fell inside the car.we checked could not find i because i was in a rush and the place where she dropped me off was not safe .i asked the driver to call one of my contacts when she find it for collection my phone went off after 3hours until now she has not called, wrote to Taxify support for help in finding my phone until today they have not rep****, gave them the car registration and the driver"s name and the model of the car. Im a customer since 2015 but if it deals with our complaint this way then its not worth to support them
