Complaint: Bolt Taxi

Two days ago I wanted to travel from Harties to Brits and decided to use the services of Bolt. I was quoted R124, which I was satisfied with, however upon arrival the car triver informed me that the prize is R164. When I received my invoice via Bolt the invoice still indicated R124 as the amount I was supposed to pay. The company's support desk does not allow for complaints. Whatever went on here I wonder! Very poor service both from the driver and the company!
