Complaint

I had requested a taxify ride after the ride had realised that I did not have sufficient money to pay the driver who then threaten measking if I want him to do something and that he would hit me if I did not give him his ,money he then said that I should gi ve him my phone and when I do have the money he would come and droop off my phone so I have called him the next day asking him for my phone and he said that he will not come with it for ,me I have sent a email to t axifiy and have not got a response today being the third day so pleas can someone help me with this
