Complaint

I was involved in an accident using the service of Taxify, and I was travelling with my two kids age of 5 years and 17 months , And I sent an email to find out about their Passenger liability cover as I was using their service. The response that I got is very disturbing and shocking , first response I was told to lay a charge against the driver which not make sense at all. Second response I was told to gather and phone the driver to claim from his insurance , that even traumatised me as my kids right now they are even scared to jump into any car because of the trauma that we went through

however I must say that your wording leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth, seeing that the day in question I requested a service from your company and expected safe and reliable transport but seeing that the unforeseen occurred I am reaching out to the people I trusted to give me service and now I am being referred to a person who just reported for duty. Please don’t get me wrong I have no business with any of your drivers I do not intend to reach out to any afore said person you mentioned other than yourselves whom I naively seek service from. If I had known your response in advance I would have never risked my life and the lives of my precious children to start with. I am saddened by your response to refer me to one of your employees to assist in such a traumatic incident as this…I understand that all companies is governed by a code of ethics hence I reported this urgent and serious matter to your company yet you pushing me from pillar to post. That was not my expectation as you seem to be a safe, reliable and trusted transport service I thought you would resolve the matter on my behalf as your client, would you not say that is a reasonable request? So seeing that I’ve done my part in reporting this matter to you and the local authorities. My humble request is that you contact me so that we can resolve the matter speedily and professionally
