Class-action waiting to happen?

Someone **********ly using my information to acquire there services. Their response was basically they don't care until they are legally compelled to assist. Feel like it's an extreme breach of POPIA act, and just plain ***** which they condone. Other people I talk to seem also super unhappy with them and their processes. Sounds like a class-action waiting to happen.
