Charged way over!, Unhappy Customer!

The car was dirty, the driver drove ******* and put a middle finger to a lady behind us. I was CHARGED WAAAY More than I inticipated. In the app it showed R58. 94 plus I had a discount, as I arrive to my destination I got charged R97!!!!!, AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE R58. 94 HE TOLD ME IT WAS AN ESTIMATION!. I'M NOT HAPPY, The end amount was as good as getting an uber????Something has to be done about this. I am disappointed!
