Charged twice for 1 ride

I requested a ride with the payment option on card, when getting in to the vehicle the driver asks if i can pay her cash as she will cancel the card payment when we get to the destination. She showed me on her phone that she charged R0.00 and left a note that i paid cash. The very next morning i got a notification from my bank to say that a payment went off from my card for the ride. I tried emailing taxify but no response!! I even gave the drivers details #Poorcustomerservice
