Charged R588 for a 15 minute trip!

Good day I'm infuriated! I was charged R588 for a 15minute trip from my home to work. I was picked up at 7:45 at reached work at 8am. The trip was ONLY cancelled by the driver 3 & a half hours later, resulting in this ridiculous charge.

I've tried contacting the driver numerous times, and he rejects my calls. I've gotten no feedback from Taxify after having emailed them and contacted them via the app.

This is ****************! I'm really disappointed in Taxify, and I will not rest until I am reimbursed.
