Charged for a a Ride I never took

In December 2018 I requested a ride in johannesburg cbd, driver picked up wrong people at the same location. I tried calling the driver but no answer, I had to make a plan to get home. Taxify charged me for the trip on my bank account, I managed to get hold of the driver and he promised to bring my money back as the people he picked paid him cash. He never payed me and kept on making excuses.

I reached out to taxify and they said they will refund me but never did, seven months later and I'm still waiting for my money.
