Charged for 5 trips instead of two!

I made 2 trips on the 25th March 2018 yet I was charged for 5 trips! I contacted Support about it yet I am told to go the the bank and reverse the upfront authorised fees that were not reversed back into my account!

How is that even possible! I have checked my bank statement more than once 5 transactions were pulled out of my account and went into Taxify account none pf tge upfront authorisation fees were successfully reversed back! Basically the support is telling me to sort myself out they don't have time to assist me!
