Charged Double the Price for a Ride i never took

Yesterday i took the exact trip, it cost me R25.00 because it is literally less than a 5minute Drive away, however this morning when i booked the same trip,it showed before i chose to book the trip that the driver was 3 minutes away which is why i booked it,once booked the time changed to a longer and longer waiting time, and what seemed like the driver not moving whatsoever so i cancelled my trip and then i was charged R80.00, i would like the money to be put back into my account asap
