Cellphone gone missing in taxify

On tuesday i used Taxify from Marshaltown to Braamfontein. When I got off in Braamfontein I accidentally left my phone near the gear where the driver placed his belongings. I have since been trying to get hold of the phone. I got hold of the driver and he initially acknowledged the phone left in his car and asked me to call him back in 5 minutes. When I did there was no answer. Eventually he answered and said I should now contact another driver which took over the car. The second driver says he did not see my phone as he took the seemingly clean car to the car wash. Now I am being passed around between the two drivers. Can we please have ethical drivers transporting young professionals like myself on days where we are not driving.
