Poor unacceptable service. I requested a card payment trip on 25 May 2022 the driver accepted the trip and did not pick me up. He accepted and a minute later finished the trip and payment was made to him. The driver ****med me and was ********ly enriched. Making Bolt an unreliable service provider. This is ******* and ********ity at its best.
