Bunch of *******

I had the worst experience today with bolt taxify. I forgot my phone in one of their drivers car today and when I called him, he confirmed he has it and will return it . when I called a hour later, he said he doesn't have it and that it is not in his car. My mom then called him and he was extremely rude, shouting at her. My phone has been off since I realised it was missing and the battery was fully charged. I reported to bolt and they made no effort contacting me. They are all a bunch of *******
