Bull**** Customer service

<p>So recently I put my personal account promo code for someone else to use and in turn received a R150 discount for my next ride. But my code was not app****. I was bull****ted by the lies they give customers. The person that I gave my code too was used but my discount not received. So I paid a full price for my trip. Up till now I have not got a decent response from any customer service officer but they always showing online 5minutes ago in the support category. What ****???? Taxify is a ripp off. Their GPS only used long main roads to get to destinations which makes the cost of the trip higher. They should remove this damn thing and learn to ****en listen to their customers!!!!</p>
