Bolt/Taxify-Reckless drivers and dirty cars

Bolt/Taxify drivers arent serious about road rules. I've had two drivers on their phones and also typing while driving me, putting my life in danger. As if that was not enough their cars were dirty with a funky unbearable smell and they were so rude and grumpy. Id appreciate it if i could be contacted by Bolt/Taxify to give you the names of the drivers si they can be reprimanded.
