Bolt/Taxify has a VERY ***** business model

Taxify/Bolt, seems to consistently charge over the upper end of their estimate; today their driver could not find my clearly provided and easy work address, after 5 minutes I called him, he said he will be there soon, he never came and my trip was cancelled by the driver/Bolt.... Now I see I was charged for the cancellation?? Don't use them they clearly have a ***** business model, Uber is more consistent/trustworthy....
