Bolt/Taxify *****elent trip

On the 16th of December 2019 Bolt driver started trip after I told him to cancel as I couldn't reach the person I requested trip for. I called him and he rejected my call, I called second time phone went to voicemail. The original trip was R66 but drove to a far place and by the time he ended the trip it charged my card R218. I reported with Bolt support, they told me they need to do conference call with driver. I said it's fine do it. I am still waiting for the conference call and my money is still not refunded.
