Bolt ( taxify ) ******* !

I am very irritated by Bolt and there *********** service . It was my fist time using my card as a payment - they took R32 which was the fare price for my trip, thereafter deducted R100 for no reason ! . This is not on & I would honestly appreciate to have my money back in my account
