BOLT TAXIFY RIPPING ME OFF

I have been taking Bolt everyday for the past few weeks. I am just taking the past two weeks with regards to prices. I have been travelling from work home everyday so its the same distance just time might vary slightly. I emailed the contact for Bolt but I keep being told to complain on the app which I did but still no joy. 19/08/2019- R74.00 20/08/2019- R80.00 21/08/2019- R78.00 22/08/2019- R79.00 26/08/2019- R58.00 27/08/2019- R63.00 28/08/2019- R60.00 29/08/2019- R66.00 02/09/2019- R62.00 then on the 03/09/2019 R110.00 now please explain to me how that is possible when the trip was 8km @ R7.45 per km and and 15min @ .75c per minute and then R4.45 booking fee. I mean really how is this possible they have 10 million excuses on why this could be no one can really assist me with an explanation.
