Bolt (Taxify) is a ****!

Last night I ordered Bolt from Steers Engen Croydon, 4 Kramat Street to to my house which is just a 5min drive, the amount I was due to pay was R24 but, I ended up getting charged twice by the driver and this is not the first time this has happened to me before. I am really upset that Bolt and the Bolt drivers are tricking/******** people especially card payments because they deduct whatever amount you please afterwards. I do not understand how it went from R24-R74 mind you I have a 15% discount. I advise you not to use Bolt it is a ****.
