BOLT/ TAXIFY INEFFICIENCT ****TY SERVICE!!!

Forgot my phone in the taxify car, couldn't get a hold of the driver as i didnt have his number. Searched for these people's help line couldnt find it anywhere, asked other drivers - they also didnt have it, apparently their communication is via email only. Sent them an email, they only rep**** after 6 hours, saying they are not responsible for lost items. No means whatsover to assist locate the lost phone or call the person who requested after me. ****tiest service to think i use it everyday as means of transport, not anymore!!!
