BOLT TAXIFY BOLDLY BOOT YOU OF YOUR BELONGINGS

On the 1st of December at around 03h15 after midnight I requested a taxify from an establishment ten minutes away from my place in Soweto meadowlands. The driver by the name of "Russell " came shortly after and we continued with a trip to my place. I asked the driver "Russell" to stop at the garage on my way for me to get cash at the ATM as I opted for cash and had no money on me. I went in and left my phone in the car as to show the driver "Russell" I am not going to run I will be back. As I came back the driver "Russell" was NOWHERE to be found. Shocked as I was, I was also glad I was close to my place and o continued to walk home "Phone less". I got home and slept, woke up first thing in the morning to call my phone and it rang few times and after few rings obviously got turned off as I know for a fact I had enough battery life. I later received a statement from BOLT TAXIFY on email and I managed to report my phone left in the car......this is only after I hopelessly with no luck tried to get BOLT TAXIFY complain contacts, as they have no numbers to call for complaints. After few exchange of emails back and forth over 2WEEKS to be told " Sorry the driver didn't see any phone in his car, SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE" . Moral of the story BOLT TAXIFY WILL BOLDLY BOOT YOU OF YOUR BELONGINGS.
