BOLT / TAXIFY are ghosting me.

I used my mother's phone to hail a ride. I then forgot the phone in the car and the only way to contact bolt or the driver is through using the app used to hail the ride. Problem is that app is on the phone that's on the car. I have tweeted them and sent a FB messenger and an email with the receipt from the ride. Which 1 brained individual made this the only possible way to contact Bolt. What if they never respond to social media, that means that phone is gone forever. I really want to report them, this can't be legal.
