Bolt taxify

How legit is this bolt taxifying company?. I have a driver who has never been paid any monies that customers pay for rides using card payments since December. Ironically this company has no way of being contacted only by email that they choose never to reply when it's about monies they owe the driver. It's now beginning to look like a flyby night **** because once the driver begins to enquire he is immediately blocked from getting further trips ,till he has paid into bolt fnb account an amount they claim the driver is owning for commission... Till to date bolt has no contactable phone number,and this gets me thinking the day they decide to close off office , they would have run off with a lot of driver's monies.. Can a bolt representative take it upon themselves to give further clarity why they won't payout monies owed to drivers that they have received as App payments
