Bolt South Africa "Taxify" has NO support!

We have been using Bolt_ZA "Taxify" everyday to work and back cost between R 130 to R 200 a trip, we have had problems, Racial **************, cancelled rides because we pay via card and not cash, cancelled rides because driver is doing his own stuff but excepted the trip, and standing without petrol and still get charged after all that. We complained on the app and support email however all you get is the same computer generated "we apologize" messages. I will not stop posting all of this on social media till I get action!
