Bolt should be blacklisted and cancelled in South Africa

Their customer service is the worst, when they **** up and have to refund you they don't respond to your emails so you can forget and walk away from it. I have sent an email numerous times and TEBOGO is yet to respond to me with a clear answer. I reckon they blacklist them because their back end service is bad.
