BOLT SERVICE

I use taxify a lot.Howerver..I reported 3 incidents but I got no response from them. Firstly I was involved in an accident while riding a bolt.I reported the incident on the same day.

Secondly I paid but twice for the same trip.I paid the driver cash using ewallet as there seems to have been a network problem on that day.The driver promised to refund me if Bolt later charged me as I was using a card.Indeed layer on BOLT took the money from my card.I tried to call the driver in order to notify him,he doesn't answer even today I even sent him messages but in vain. . Thirdly , recently last week,the driver didn't have a license.He was stopped by police and he bribed them.
