Bolt Rip-Off

I was charged more than quoted on 3 successive rides. They acknowledged that 2 of the driverd had taken a wrong route resulting in higher charges and that the 3rd driver had not switched off his app after dropping me off and continued driving on my account. They ACKNOWLEDGED THE OVERCHARGE BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Don't use them - YOU WILL LOSE in the end
